huhuh...afta a long break from writing in this blog...

ive been home for 2 months...and there are lots of things going on..huhuh...im being a teacher...im having my spa's interview tomorrow..!! n some other things that are better left unsaid...=P

im hepi wif my life now...(NOT as a teacher)..nw i discovered tat i dun like being a teacher...i just dont have da talent and interest...haihh....

other than that, my life is just so wonderful and great..! (even though there are things tat made me sad before but they were over n im trying to overwrite them from my memory box)...

what is going to happen next..? im going for my interview...waiting for da transcript...waiting to register and apply for working places at kkm n mmc...waiting for my convo day...waiting for my induction...and am waiting for my BIG day....huhuhh.....

i guess tats all for now...erm...wish me luck cz i think i really need it...;)

welcome to my final department-->psychiatry...according to my other frens it is an enjoyable dept...da patients and even da doctors...im in psy dept for 2 days today...n my group was so lucky to be number one to oncall last nite...and not as usual, i got 2 patients in one night...hurghhh..!! it was tiring...being called at 1.30am wasnt an enjoyable thing i guess..(serve me right...! sape suh jadi doktor cik aliza oiii...!! ) da case was mutisme...at 7pm before that, we haf admitted one patient wif schizophrenia...huhuhh....
oh yes...da patient 'sandhi' a 4-year old kid who started smoking since he's 1 y.o is still in da hospital...being so famous at a very young age...hehehe...he is actually like other kids...nuthing speacial except being brought up by wrong persons...pity him...
today, being announced tat my case report will be with dr.hepi...alhamdulillah..wait for da exam...haihhh...hopefully, it'll be a good one too...

im counting days...50days more before i graduated....hihihih...chaiyo'...!!!

bijak vs cantek

bijak vs cantek...sumthing tat people always talk about...especially men...hahaaa...got tis topic from a forum...--> pretty girl wif no brain and brainy girl who's ugly...who would u choose..? hehehe..this is when 'wasatiah' is da right answer...
first of all, da definition of 'bijak'...wut do u guys mean by this word...is it measured by ur academic level or it means wise...not only theoritically but in real life...u dun haf to be a phd holder to be wise...and not all phd holders are wise...it is just da way u interpret da definition of 'bijak'...so, how do u define it...its very subjective....
if we say 'cantek'...wut comes in our mind would be physical attraction...if da definition of bijak is very sujective, da definition of 'cantek' would be more more subjective...sum people would have said a girl who is fair, long hair and curvy is cantek...sum wud say da not so fair, short haired n skinny is cantek...and others would say cantek comes from da girl's personality n not only from da physical appearance...so, wut to be bothered...all people are cantek...in their own ways..
afta u haf known ur definition of bijak n cantek, make ur choice...wether u want to live wif da 'bijak' or da 'cantek'...
as for me, im a girl...my opinion would be different from a guy...bijak means wise...spm level person can be wise...and cantek means attractive even though shes not a drop dead gorgeous and model look like girl...
if i were a guy, i want a gurl who is cantek for me and also bijak...if i haf to choose either one of it cantek can always be da latter criteria....i choose a person who i cant live wifout...not a person who i can live wif....;)

cuti seminggu neh kompem tak terase...today dh hari selase...huwaaa...!!!
in these 3 days dh mcm2 org sumbat masuk pewut neh...lagi la jadi cam anak gajah afta this...adehhh...
day 1 : lunch - kenduri (ns minyak, ikan sweet sour, sambal udang, rendang daging n ayam masak merah).
dinner - kat titiwangsa (seafood buffet)
day 2 : lunch - chicken paprik n ikan belada
dinner - mee + sup ekor n sate
day 3 : lunch - chicken rice n popia
dinner - burger n dory fish
day 4 : lunch - nasi campur kt klcc (ayam goreng, tauge, daging kicap n tofu) it
cost me rm11.90...ishkk...mahal betoi...
dinner - nasi khabsha (ala2 ns beriyani..ayah bw pi mkn kat ampang..huhu..)
day 5 : lunch - nasi campur murah meriah (paru goreng, begedil, terung, tauge n
daging) jz rm3.20..hehe..sedap plak tuh...

its been quite a while since my last shopping...being a "gakin" student wont allow me to do such heavenly activity...huhuh...ive told mommy my prob...i jz spent rp5k per day...and i really did it...wowww! to myself....now i noe how it feels when others go to the mall,have nice meals, and back home wif all the shooping items... but i jz be at home, eating lalapan and ended up sleeping...hahahaa...
afta a while, im used to this situation...n u noe...its no harm bein at home even though when u haf money...u'll be surprised how much money u'll saved by doing that...heheh...when ur in deep financial crisis, thats the best way to keep u from using others money to shop..(reminds me of...me...ahaakksss) and lastly, living in debt...when i got my monthly allowance, 3/4 of that amount used to pay my debt...and da gakin cycle goes round and round...hahaha....
n now, i think id practise saying no to shopping even when i haf da money...hihihh....

today, 16th of january 2010...15 days gone in this new year..felt like a blink of eyes...

i haven't got the chance to write in this blog since the internet connection here was like errr..! now that i have the time and the chance, i'd like to wish u all a very hepi new yer..!

lots of things ive planned for this yer..and lots of things happened in these two weeks of this very new yer...things happened before made me wiser and more mature in every aspects of life..goin to be 25years old in 2 months.. so i have to think like a 25y.o person...(some people will likely to condemn this statement..hahaha..)

the things that ive planned for this yer including my financial budget, my studies, my days during the holidays before convo,my convo, my love life (yaikkkss...sounds funny) and also my working life...
for the financial budget, i planned not to waste money on something that i dun really need and no more shopping spree for me...done with those..! "aliza, uve got to be strong.." huhuuh...
for my studies, i hope to finish on time..no more fooling around, need to be more serious about study, start acting like a medical student...(which i never be before)
during da days before my convo (unemployed period) i think of doing my clinical attachment..jz to get da picture of hows my life gonna be when i work..thinking of taking classes...english class, cooking class...and fill my free time reading...(surprisingly amazed myself to come up with this idea..=P)
afta my convo, i haf to stat looking which hospital fits me...hahaha...and lastly, i haf to think bout working..how to manage time when i work later...gonna be really busy and hectic...huhuh...
(i didnt mention bout my love life...hahahaa...for this matter, i'll keep it a secret between me and da people involved)...
those were the plans...hoping that i stick to da plan..insyaAllah...

today is da final day of my ipd life..!formally...hehehe...tp still hutang 1 responsi...hopefully by next week settled...insyaAllah...3 months in ipd made my life turned upside down...i meant it...really...just imagine bein at work from 5.30am-4pm daily...and with oncalls lagi...mmg gile la...but we made it anyway..alhamdulillah....
when i was in my junior periode, ipd life sucks..!! penat dia luar biasa...mentally n physically....mane tak nye..mlm sampai ke pagi duk oncall...tgu OB...wat AP...then, pagi2 tuh nk kene siapkan report...and plg pening bile MR ngn doktor2 yang agak2 aneh...pikir nk kene hentam lagi...huhuh...
time intermediate ok sket...less hectic than my junior time...huhuh...but da final day of being an intermediate co-as, i had fever...high fever...lasted for 8 days total...penangan bangil...tiap2 mlm my temp was 40celcius...smpai ade time i cried alone in my room...abih muka merah2 smpai people called me lobster...until now..! cessss..!!!! and my face dah mcm harimau bintang now...berparut...='(
and my senior periode, went very quickly since ade cuti raye and all..huhuh...exam, responsi....and still utang 1 lagi...huhuh...my exam was with dr.atma...love him! short and simple questions...basic need to know questions...i was very thrilled and excited when he said i passed da xm...=) and now, they are all over...
internal medicine....indah untuk dikenang...bukan untuk diulang...and i agree with this....

now dah cukup 7hari aku jadi senior kat ipd....hihih...best..?? ntah..same jek cam jadi junior...byk gak yg still taktau...plg best bile ade junior tanye, n my answer is ohh, im sory dulu time junior tak penah pn dapat kes neh....hihihihh...cian my juniors....ujian ppds nnt dgn dr.frennita....hope dia byk tentir...shes a nice person...hhuhuhh...lagi 3 mgu nk ade kat dept neh....semoga i can be out of here soon..!!!!huhuh......

ermm...ive been in 2 intermediate divisions b4 this..and this one is the third...hari neh bengang ngn makhluk yang bernama cece....beria pi habaq kat mas ero suh bg adil...jage hari sabtu neh bahagi 2...aku ngn mas ero..bullshit..! nk bg adil bahagi 4 la mengong..!!!!! haih la...bengang toi la aku ngn makhluk2 neh....nk senang kat depa jek....aku sepak sekor2 br tau....pehtu mas ero lak ngn suka2 ati suh aku jage malam...kompem la pasneh aku nk kate, bahagi 4 or takyah bahagi langsung...lantak la dia.....nk kate ape pn....u want to be fair...be fair..!

last nite was my 7th oncall in this dept...dalam sebulan neh ade 10 kali oncalls...so, tgal lagi 3...cant wait nk abihkan...haih...pening toi....penat luar biase kat dept neh...naseb la bley tido jugak...cz ade my frens yg ngadu tak bley nk tido kalo oncall kat dept neh....haih....

balik kul 1 tadi terus tido smpai kul 6....huhuhuhh....pnye la ngntuk...tp takpe la...hari tuh oncall lagi penat...balik kul 4 ptg tido smpai kul 5 pagi...=P penangan internal medicine.....

today nk pi spital as usual...nk pi keje...but then, dapat sms yg suruh ko-as n ppds ikut seminar kat santika hotel...sabor jek la....im not da type yg nk pi dgr seminar sume tuh...haihhh...dah tepakse, pg jugak la....

da seminar was so boring that i felt like vomitting...btoi2 boring...parenteral nutrition...adeh la...ade coffee break..igt nk cha0 time tuh, tp kene tarek plak ngn pekerja tuh...tepakse masuk balik...and aku sgt2 tak keruan duk dalam tuh cz dah pesan tiket harry potter....! and tak bley pi cz tak bley nk kuar dari hall....uwaaaaaaa...!!!!! tiket wayang burnt...!!!!! saketnye ati....finally, at 1pm, aku blah jugak dari situ...afta lunch free..mkn hotel beb..! takkan nk tolak...huhuh...dah abih mkn, aku pn blah...smpai umah, siap2 nk tido....

tetibe dapat berita kata si singgih cari semua koas...so bullshit..! takkan aku nk pg balik...so, kalo aku kene cari pn, dah wat keputusan nk membiarkan jek....wahahaha..lantak la...mls nk layan...huhuh....and here i am..still at home typing in my blog.....

last nite was my second day oncall in this medical dept...i was assigned to be in ward 26 and 29...nk dijadikan cite, smlm ade 2 patients yang gawat kat ward 29 (which is infection nye ward --> patient HIV and active TB )..so, kene la standby kat situ...i was there started at 4pm...one of da patient died at 5.30pm...and another was still in critical condition...disebabkan tuh, i didnt go to another ward which was ward 26 ( acute ward )..and at 6pm, i was called by the nurse there n she told me that another patient in that ward was being in critical condition too..gosh..!! i'got to run there ASAP...as i be there, and being seen, i was scolded and yelled by the nurse.." mbak, kamu itu kemana?! kok ga disini....ini lho ada pasien gawat..!!kamu itu tak lapor ya ke ppds mu...ga jalani tugas...ga observasi...!" and i did answer to her " mbak, aku itu di ruang 29, ada 2 pasien gawat tadi...satu udah meninggal...satunya masih gawat dan harus observasi ketat.." and that BITCH answered me " kamu itu harus disini...!di sana itu, pasiennya udah jelas akan mati...!ga usah di sana ga papa...kalo di sini, pasiennya mmg harus di selamatkan...!!!" and her answer made me so shocked..! WHAT THE F***??!!!! didnt she know that doctors try to save lives no matter what patient that is... and luckily i'm still in my junior periode...kalo tak, i surely will scold her back...( da reason i didnt say anything back to her and just said sorry was --> in this dept, the nurses have power to determine with whom da co-ass will be examined by in the senior periode...and our attitude is the most important thing...) mengong...mengong....kalo tak, harus aku maki minah tuh..!

at 11, aku btoi2 nantok and all my patients were stable...aku pn ape lagi....blah la dari ward and masuk ke bilik koas....i slept from 11-4am....gile tak sedar...nantok and penat sgt....4am tuh aku bgn cz tak solat isya lagi...and tgu subuh at 4.20...afta that, aku tido lagi smpai 5lebih...and baru la aku pi balik kat wards and went to the ppds room to settle our report...i was late to follow up my patients...today ade ward round ngn ppds ruangan...tp takpe la...doktor tuh baek jek...huhuh...i came home at 1.15pm...and slept for about 3 hours...gosh...! very2 tiring la kat department neh....rasa nk nangih tetiap hari..!!!!!!! haih....bile la nk abih 3 bln neh....

today is my second day in internal medicine...adeh la...penat yg teramat penat...setiap hari balik kul 4pm...adoiii...

tonite tgh oncall...hehehe...even penat, smpat update blog...ahaakkss....oncall wif deye,yeni n ohm tito...wif my seniors mas romal n also rino...ppds yg oncall dr.eric, dr.nurike and also dr. fatma...sume ok...yg len2 tuh tak nmpak langsung kat kamko...busy sguh tuh....aku kire ok la...bley gak duduk kat kamko neh....huhuhh....ape pn, it's very2 tiring here...semoga penatnya berbaloi ngn ilmu nya....=)

yesterday i was so happy pi bejogging kat titiwangsa wif my lovely gurlfrens...kitorg betolak kul 8...hehehe...agak2 panas gak le time bertolak neh....seb bek la kat titiwangsa tuh ade pokok2...huhuh...aku takmo pi pn...mls...tp kena pakse...so, there i was...jogging..ermm...i mean walking...hahaha...at 8, kami sampai kat sane...and we started jogging....5 kali round titiwangsa pnye tasek tuh...2 rounds of jogging....2 rounds wif car...and 1 round of photoshooting....hihih...here are some pics....

then, i was at home da whole day....lunch smlam mkn fish and wedges...and dinner i had kuey teow goreng...sume pn homemade...hehehee...and daddy didnt forget his promise to buy me a blouse...huhuh...he did...btw, sogo tgh sale....uwaaaa...!!! dah nk kene balik indonesia...tak dan nk pi shopping laaaaa....haih...tgh mlm pi antar daddy to jln duta...dia kene balik pendang...and balik tuh, igt nk pi uptown...tp tak jadi...cz manusia sgt ramai....so, i went to sleep....

hari neh takde wat pape....petang satgi nk pi pos office...

smlm kuar ngn izan, shara n huda...it was superb..!! best sgt jumpe diorg sume...pg dinner sempena besday shara kat rasamas aeon setiawangsa...new place...nice view...and kitorg wat kaco kat restaurant...as usual..! ahaakkss....

makanan pn tak hengat2 duk order...chicken roasted...percik and pepper...fish n chips, coleslaw, salad...cakes ade 5 pieces...thanks to secret recipe...choco banana, choc indulgence, hazel choc, choc strawberry and apple cheesecake....hohohh...and we did finish all those food...mmg pirahna...!

dah 4 hari cuti...haih...dah rasa aura2 tak best...nk kene balik sane...

my days were spent to do lots of things...

on sunday..travel to utara...breakfast kat rawang, lunch kat penang (thanks to samin..mkn kenduri), hi tea kat kedah( thanks to en.lodz nye staff), and dinner kat perlis...superb..! mkn seafood...best...best...

monday balik kl...en.lodz super busy driving and mlm tuh kene pi bangi...kene attend ceramah...ciannye...

tuesday was spent to watch movie..transformers 2...best..!!! then,jenjalan dalam kl...sesat barat kt dalam kl...ahaha..as usual la...membesar jek dalam kl...jalan2 kat situ sume hampeh...tak penah aku hapal...

and today, pi antar wan kt spital selayang..wat kolonoskopi...berejam aku tunggu...dari kul 8 smpai 11.30...adoiii....n tonite, ade dinner wif my best buddies....shara nye besday dinner...cant wait for that...yeay....!!
